Order & Shipping

We work hard to get your order to you as fast as possible, all orders currently ship next business day. If your order is placed before 2:00PM EST, we will ship same day. Please note our warehouse does not operate over the weekend, all orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be fulfilled on Monday

All orders are currently shipped via UPS Ground Shipping, USPS 1-3 days priority, USPS First Class for orders less then 1 pound and FEDEX 2 Days Shipping, we are working on adding additional options in the future, stay tuned.

Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email confirmation with your shipment tracking number, which you can use this to follow the progress of your package.

Sales tax is collected in select states as required by law. You can see the exact sales tax on your order after entering your address information on the checkout page.

We offer free shipping on all orders over $50 to USA. If you’re order is less than $50, there will be a shipping fee of $8 applied at checkout.


If the product specifications of the light state that it is either Wet or Damp Location Rated, then yes! Our damp and wet location rating means that the fixture has been approved to be installed in places like in the shower or under your soffit on your porch.

This is dependent on the capacity of your dimmer. Please follow your dimmer’s instructions.

Look for the product you need and you will be able to find in the description all the certification you are looking for in order to pass inspections.

It shouldn’t happen, in this case you will open a return policy and we will ship you the new lights.

For your reference, All listed dimmer models have been tested to function properly with our lights. We recommend choosing one of the listed dimmer models.
